Retired fire officer. Experienced paramedic. Preparing households for the emergency they hope never happens.
Adult children worry about a parent who still lives independently. Couples want every advantage for a spouse if 911 has to come. They do not necessarily need a caregiver. They need someone qualified to check the house, post the facts, and make sure the people who should know already have them.
Using 20 years of emergency response experience, I identify hazards in the home, remove obstacles for Fire and EMS, and make critical medical information accessible when seconds matter. I also help families coordinate that information. Whether they live next door or across the country, everyone knows what to do when it matters most.
Background
The visit comes from 20 years in fire and EMS — walking houses for hazards and knowing what slows a crew down. Licenses, training, and insurance will be listed here as soon as they are confirmed. We would rather leave a line blank than guess.
This work does not include transport, diagnosis, a treatment plan, or medication. We do not operate as a home-health or nursing agency. The visit is a readiness survey. What you keep is the Readiness Packet: documentation posted for crews, and the same facts coordinated with a spouse, adult children, or both.
